Hagstrom Drilling was engaged to complete exploration drilling for Barra Resource project, located 45km NNW of Coolgardie and 25km NW of the Kundana Gold Mining Centre, WA.

The exploration targets defined by auger geochemical anomalism required RC Drilling to detect yielding of alluvial gold.

PROJECT SCOPE

  • HQ3 holes to ~ (300m) at Newminster prospect (Phillips Find Project – 50km north of Coolgardie)
  • NQ holes ~ (500m) under Bacchus Gift/Newhaven pits (Phillips Find Project)
  • Holes ~ (1400m) at Spargo’s Reward (Kambalda West JV Project) – 60km south of Coolgardie/30km west of Kambalda)

 OUTCOMES

Our site investigation schedule was tailored to ensure minimal environmental impact. The drilling program demonstrated excellent gold endowment of the area.
